Feature

1. Aggregate (sand, gavel etc) is supplied into the two Aggregate Storage Bins, from both bins, aggregate is carried by two short Aggregate Conveyors, merged into the chute and fallen onto the long Aggregate Conveyor.

2. Aggregate is then transported to the Scale Hopper for Aggregate, where the amount of aggregate is scaled. Cement is supplied from the Cement Silo by the Screw Conveyor into the Scale Hopper for Cement, where the amount of cement is scaled. The amount of water is scaled by the Auto Control device with Water Scale. All scale hoppers are mounted on the Platform.

The scaled cement, aggregate and water are poured into the Mixer. Then mixed material, namely, mortar is dropped into the Mortar Hopper and again dropped onto the Mortar Conveyor. Mortar is transported and supplied to the Block Machine.

3. The supplied mortar is pressed in the mould box and formed into products. Formed (Green) products come out from the Block Machine and are carried to the Autoloader which is placed on the Rack Conveyor. Steel Pallets with products on them are loaded onto the Steel Rack (6 rows high, 3 columns wide, 2 pallets deep).

Thus 36 pallets (6 x 3 x 2) are loaded onto one rack. When the rack is full, it is shifted sideways (both left and right). The rack is then lifted by forklift and carried to the curing room.
